I have used Mathew's services for
several years. He and his crew do an outstanding job week
in and week out. Generally they do the basics of mowing,
trimming and edging. Occasionally, I need help with
landscaping and weed maintenance and they are available to
pitch in on those areas with only a weeks notice in most
cases. Also, the rare but annoying sprinkler problem is
taken care of by Mathew. All in all they simply do good
work, keep commitments and all for a reasonable price.

the service from Matthew McMenamy and his Motivated
Maintenance team. They always show up and perform the
maintenance as scheduled, and the quality has always been
excellent! On the rare occasions when weather has
disrupted their schedule, obviously outside their control,
he has always kept us informed as to when they would be
able to provide our services. This is the second house we
have owned where we have used his services and we
anticipate continuing to use his services for the

Motivated Maintenance did all of our
pool landscaping - we were very pleased with the price and
the work that was done. Motivated Maintenance has also
done sprinkler work for us and cuts our lawn - we have
